By visiting our website and using the services our website provides, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and any other policies we publish or link to on our website; these form an "Agreement". If you don’t agree, you must surf elsewhere; we may terminate your use of our website immediately if you breach our Agreement. We may also change, suspend or stop providing our website at any time. 
When providing us with information such as when filling out any of our opt-in or other forms you must give current and accurate information. You must also comply with the laws of The United Kingdom when you use our website, including but not limited to, all our intellectual property and cybercrime laws. Where you access our website from outside of The United Kingdom, you must also comply with all the relevant local laws.

We provide links on our website to other sites. We provide the links for your assistance only, and we have no control over those other sites and do not endorse them in any way. Any use of those sites is at your sole risk and you must direct any concerns regarding their products or services to them. We also provide access to third party apps and software to enhance the functionality of our website. We have no control over those third party apps and software, and do not make any warranties in relation to them. You use them at your own risk and you must read and agree to their terms and conditions which govern your use of them.

TO USE THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, LINKS ETC AT YOUR RISK

We are not responsible for any Loss or damage suffered in connection with your use of our website, its content, any interruptions, changes, suspension or termination of our website or any events beyond our control.
You indemnify us for any Claim arising out of or in connection with any third party links, websites, apps, software, products and services; your breach of this Agreement, your breach of the law including your local laws, or your breach of the rights of a third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

This Agreement is governed by the laws in The United Kingdom and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom If any part of these terms and conditions is not enforceable, it shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions will be in full force and effect. The obligations and liabilities in this Agreement survive termination. The failure to exercise our rights, or enforce a provision under this Agreement does not waive the future operation of that right or ability to enforce the provision.
OTHER
Claim means any claim, under statute, tort, contract or negligence, any demand, award or costs.
Content in our website could be any trademarks, brand names, logos, all copy, images, art, graphics, music, audio, videos, designs or any other content.
Loss or damage means any loss or damage including, but not limited to any loss of salary, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, downtime costs, loss of profit, loss or damage to reputation, loss of data, personal injury, property damage or legal costs.

Bridal Hair Styling Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing me to be part of your special day! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions. By securing your booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding date. No date will be held without a deposit.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding day via bank transfer
By paying the booking fee, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Trial Appointment
Bridal trials are recommended and typically scheduled [6–12 weeks] before the wedding day.
Trials last approximately [1.5–2 hours] and include up to two hair style variations.
Trial fees are paid separately and are non-refundable.
You may bring a family member or friend to your trial as space is limited 
The trial is only for the bride, other bridal party members may book a trial at additional costs.

3. Travel & Location
Travel is charged at £1 per mile from PO8 0TX Return 
For weddings starting earlier than 6.30am and over 1.5 hours away an overnight stay will apply and will be discussed in advance. 

4. Additional stylists 
For larger bridal parties or where time is restricted an additional stylist will be required at an additional cost of £100 booked in advance and non refundable.

5. Changes & Cancellations
Booking fee is £100 and is non-refundable.
Trial cost is £100 and payable on the trial day.
f you need to cancel your wedding hair booking, written notice is required.

In the rare event I need to cancel due to illness or emergency, I will do my best to arrange a trusted alternative stylist or offer a full refund of any payments made (excluding the trial).

6. Schedule & Delays
A detailed schedule will be agreed upon prior to the wedding day to ensure smooth timing.
Please ensure all bridal party members are ready and available at their allocated time slots. And have followed hair prep as outlined at the trial.
Delays caused by lateness of the client or bridal party may affect the service and are not my responsibility.

7. Health & Hygiene
Please inform me in advance of any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities.
Clean, dry hair is required on the wedding day unless otherwise advised.

8. Photography & Social Media
I may take photos or videos for portfolio or social media use. If you do not wish to have your images shared, please let me know in writing.

9. Client Responsibility
It is the bride’s responsibility to communicate final hair numbers and styles at least [14 days] before the wedding.
Any last-minute changes may not be guaranteed and could incur additional costs.

By paying the booking fee, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
